This module focuses on Business Development and Leadership. This is a compulsory module for all managers to develop their understanding of how they can positively contribute towards the business's development and build their leadership skills.

This Module contains the monthly training sessions that are compulsory for all employees. Each month will be a different subject and most sessions will be repeated annually. These are important topics which all employees need to be aware of.
If you complete the session within the first 2 weeks of the month and have completed the previous month’s training, you will be entered into a draw to win a £50 voucher.
